If you specified your email address during the registration process. Simply click here and follow the onscreen instructions. Your login details will be emailed to your registerd email address.

If you signed up using a registration code and did not specify an email address, please contact your group leader or practise manager. They will be able to retrieve your login details from their administration interface on KeySkill.

How quick the email is delivered to your mailbox will be dependant on numerous factors, including your internet connection speed as well as how fast your mail host is capable of processing your email.

If however it has been a couple of minutes since you requested the email, double check that you specified the correct email address on KeySkill.

If the email address is correct, please check your "Junk Mail" folder as the email ,depending on the email rules in your mail client, could have been flagged.

Should the above be correct please click here and request that our support team assist you in retrieving the information.

To access a list of lectures you have viewed, print a CPD accreditation document or view your test results. Log in using the "Login" link in the top right corner on this (or any) page. Once logged in you will see a link "My account". Clicking on this link will direct you to your account interface.

KeySkill members are able to view and retrieve all the information described above on this page, as well as change their contact details.

Free members will unfortunately not be able to generate a CPD accreditation document.

The registration code is optional. You can register an account on KeySkill without supplieng one.

If however, you are signing up as part of a company that uses KeySkill for training purposes or CPD completion, it is important that you enter the correct code in that field.

By supplieng the correct registration code you will identify your account as being part of a specific company. Subsequently your practise manager or group leader will be able to track your progress. You will also be able to automatically gain access to your companies password protected lectures.

If you have lost your registration code or never been issued with one. Please speak to your group leader or practise manager.

A number of companies use KeySkill for training purposes. These lectures are specific to the company environment and staff. Subsequently access to these lectures are restricted to staff members of that company.

If you are a member of a company that has password protected lectures on KeySkill and you have lost or forgotten the password. Please contact your group leader or practise manager as they will have access to the passwords associated with your company lectures.

All KeySkill lectures are streamed from a Flash Media Server. This means that you would need to have a flash plugin installed in your browser.

If you do not have a flash player installed, please follow the onscreen instructions to download and install the required plugin.

It is also possible that the streaming of the lecture can be blocked by your firewall. If you are accessing this lecture from behind a company firewall, please speak to your network administrator.
